Is there really no monthly fee?
Right. You buy the box once and we never charge you again. The apps that come pre-installed are free because they’re ad-supported. If you want a paid service on top, you sign up with that provider and pay them directly — same as on any smart TV.
What can I actually watch for free?
Hundreds of free live channels and thousands of on-demand movies and series, all ad-supported: news, classic TV, films, kids’ programming, sports networks, international channels. To be straight with you — premium subscription content isn’t free anywhere, and we won’t pretend otherwise. What the box does is put your paid services and the free ones on the same screen.
Will it work with my TV?
If it has an HDMI port, yes. Up to 4K with HDR on supported screens, and it scales down nicely on older sets.
How fast does my internet need to be?
About 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K. Ordinary home broadband handles it over Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
What if something goes wrong?
Every box is covered by a 1-year hardware warranty. If it stops working properly, call us at (607) 343-3537 and we’ll sort it out under warranty. All sales are final: we don’t accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind, so call us with any question before you order.
Do I need to be technical?
No. HDMI, power, Wi-Fi, remote — about five minutes. And if you’d rather not do it alone, call or text and we’ll stay on the line until you’re watching.
